Charles Milliard worked for years as a VP at a pharmacy company before leading the province's chambers of commerce. As the Quebec Liberal leadership race kicks off, he says he can be the leader than the party needs in order to rebuild. Milliard joined Daybreak's Sean Henry in studio.
