My vision
For over 25 years, I've been campaigning for values that bring us together and lift us up: fairness, economic prosperity and access to quality services. I believe in a Quebec where every region brings something important to the table and where innovation combines with tradition to build the future.
I want a Quebec for everyone; a Quebec that leaves no one behind.
-
For our regions: Equipping every region of Quebec with what they need to prosper and create local opportunities.
-
For our health: Improving the healthcare system means first and foremost reducing the barriers for the people who need it. This requires pragmatic approaches and better management.
-
For our businesses at the heart of our communities: Offering the necessary support for our SMEs, so that they continue to create jobs and hope.
-
For an inclusive Quebec: Reaching out to those who don't feel heard and facilitating open dialogue. Bringing people together is the Quebec I believe in.
Biography
I was born in Lévis in 1979 into a hard-working family where the values of solidarity, respect and perseverance have always guided our lives. My father was a carpenter and my mother contributed to the education of several generations of young Quebecers as a teacher and school principal in the public sector. My local roots taught me the importance of a job well done and a commitment to the community.
A pharmacist by training, an experienced manager and a Quebec Liberal Party activist from an early age, I believe above all in people's potential and in the importance of building a fairer society that is closer to the realities of each individual. I'm committed to moving Quebec forward and defending the values that unite us.

My career
A committed youth
I grew up in a home where there was a strong belief that everyone could make a difference. These values led me to get involved in politics at the age of 18, when I joined the Youth Commission of the Quebec Liberal Party. Throughout my involvement with the Quebec Liberal Party, I have seen that it is not only possible, but essential, to accept differences of opinion, provided that they are expressed in a spirit of sincere dialogue, openness towards others and mutual respect for ideas.

Experience in the service of action
After obtaining a bachelor's degree in pharmacy and a certificate in economics from Laval University in Quebec City, I began my career as a healthcare professional, a profession deeply rooted in service to others. This experience has enabled me to develop a keen ability to listen, an ability to understand people's real needs and a deep respect for the diversity of people's backgrounds.
In 2007, I decided to complete my training with an MBA at HEC Montréal, a step that not only strengthened my management skills, but also gave me the tools I needed to navigate the economic and social challenges facing our society with nuance and empathy. This combination of experiences has shaped my approach: combining expertise and humanity to build a fairer and more sustainable collective future.

A career focused on results and action
My career path reflects not only my ability to tackle complex challenges and lead teams to success, but also my attentiveness to the needs of the people and communities I serve. Every stage of my career has been marked by a desire to build solid relationships and create a tangible impact.
Uniprix (2002-2016): As part of my duties at the largest group of independent pharmacists in the province, I travelled the regions of Quebec, meeting people from all walks of life and serving thousands of Quebecers as a pharmacist. These years have taught me the importance of quality human contact, active listening and a real commitment to communities. I rose through the ranks, from pharmacist to executive vice-president of the company, while carrying the organisation's voice, mission and values into the public arena. This experience has enabled me to combine strategic leadership with close contact with the realities on the ground.
NATIONAL Public Relations (2017-2019):
As senior vice president of the country's largest public relations firm, I had the opportunity to act as a bridge between multiple stakeholders in the healthcare sector. I worked to optimise the offering of healthcare solutions, always keeping in mind the objective of improving the daily lives of patients and professionals in the network. This role has taught me that, even in complex environments, it is possible to put people at the centre of strategies to create sustainable solutions.

Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec (2020-2024):
As president and CEO of the FCCQ, a major player in regional economic development, I have represented Quebec entrepreneurs with conviction and defended the economic development of our regions. This role has enabled me to meet passionate entrepreneurs and local builders who have inspired me with their resilience and vision. It was also a unique opportunity to work hand in hand with regional players to promote Quebec's full potential, while remaining attentive to the needs of communities throughout our territory. Each of these experiences has strengthened my conviction that sustainable results require solutions that are rooted in human and social realities. At the heart of every project are people, and it is with them and for them that I have always chosen to work.
My commitment to our communities
I believe that culture and education are the pillars of our society. Whether by supporting a cultural project or a community organisation, every action can make a difference. With this vision in mind, I've had the honour of sitting on the boards of several cultural and artistic organisations, including the Festival international de Lanaudière, the Festival TransAmériques and the Conseil des arts de Montréal. These experiences have been deeply enriching, as they have enabled me to contribute actively to the promotion and dissemination of our culture, while working alongside people who are passionate about and dedicated to artistic creation and making the arts accessible to all.
In addition, I have had the immense privilege of being involved in the development of the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal, an iconic institution that embodies musical excellence in Quebec and around the world. At the same time, I've also been involved in initiatives that are close to my heart, such as Pharmacists Without Borders Canada, where I've been able to put my expertise to good use in supporting humanitarian projects aimed at improving access to healthcare in vulnerable regions.
These commitments reflect my deep desire to support initiatives that shape our society, whether promoting the richness of our culture, encouraging artistic creation or contributing to essential humanitarian projects. Through these experiences, I have sought to make a concrete difference, while working with inspiring people driven by the same passion for the common good.
